We are looking for a new colleague who will join Y Soft as Pre‑Sales Engineer. At this position you will cooperate with partners and customers on implementation and adoption of Y Soft products, especially in pre‑sales and sales activities.

Pre‑Sales Engineer uses his technical skills to explain and show the benefits of YS products or services to potential customers. He internally cooperates especially with the DACH region team and other staff involved in the pre‑sales and sales activities.

Responsibilities
  • Cooperates with partners and customers as well as Y Soft Frontline team on implementation and adoption of new technologies with YSoft products.
  • Deliver impactful pre‑sales presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts that highlight the value of our solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical expert in partner and customer meetings, helping close deals and achieve sales goals.
  • Spot upsell and cross‑sell potential within existing accounts and share insights with the Frontline team to drive further business.
  • Design solution architectures, contribute to development and documentation, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Lead technical workshops and trainings to empower partners with the knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor regional market data and provide simple analysis to guide strategy.
About you

  • Customer oriented and results driven
  • Business oriented with an IT background
  • Experience with cloud is a plus
  • Excellent German and English language skills are a must
  • Willing to travel, even abroad if needed
  • Driving license – active driver
