The following challenges await you:

• We always work in teams with flat hierarchy levels - and you will be typically part of one our project teams and can take over responsibility on the project from day 1 to develop your skills.
• Together we work closely with the Heraeus Operating Companies on strategic commercial topics such as marketing, sales, pricing, new business models, sustainability, or growth initiatives, often leveraging artificial intelligence applications
• The application of our proven Commercial Excellence Toolbox and on-the-job coaching will help you to learn a lot on these topics.
• During the projects you will be involved in conducting interviews, analyzing data, conducting market research and developing improvement initiatives.
• You will be involved in the preparation of workshops and also participate in these meetings to give you the opportunity to be involved in and actively shape the decision-making process.

Your Profile:

• Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field
• Interest in marketing, sales, pricing, sustainable business models, and/or growth topics as well as in the application of Gen AI / Agentic AI
• High motivation and reliability, eagerness to learn, team player, analytically minded, proficient in MS Office applications, very good communication skills (German & English)
• Showing strong initiative - "waiting for instructions" is not an option for you
• Ideally first work experience in a similar role, such as an internship or working student position in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Consulting
• Ideally availability for 2 months or longer
