Employment details

• Location: Concentrix Berlin - Andreasstraße 10
• Contract: full time (40 hours per week); temporary contract
• Service hours: Monday - Friday between 8.45am and 5.15pm
• Support languages: Polish (C1) and English (B2)
• Salary: 3.437,00€ gross per month

What you will do in this role

As a Sales Agent (m/f/d) in our Polish Social Media Sales Team you will:

• Contact existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide businesses with the best solution for their goals.
• Analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
• Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitor success.
• Identify campaign trends and respond to challenges in customer campaigns.
• Sustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent in Polish (minimum C1) and have very good command of English (at least B2).
• Have at least 1 year of experience in sales with a commercial mindset and strong influential skills.
• Would like to become an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions.
• Own strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Can guarantee a full-time valid working visa for Germany (no student visa accepted).

Ideally you already have:

• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing.
• Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and a “go the extra mile” attitude.
