Overview

Position: Piping Supervisor
Project: Pharmaceutical Green Field Project
Client: General Contractor
Start: 01.03.2026
Duration: 12 months (entire project until 12/2027)
Scope: 45/h per week
Location: Mainz, Germany
Remote Work: full time on site

Responsibilities

• Supervision of installation work for process piping
• Assignment of tasks and coordination of subcontractors
• Support or substitution of the site manager for the specific trade
• Management and timely completion of work, including quality control and acceptance procedures
• Preparation of site documentation and regular participation in construction meetings
• Contribution to the creation and review of risk assessments and operating instructions
• Conducting site inspections in accordance with internal guidelines

Requirements

• Relevant training in process engineering, piping, welding or similar
• Specialization or strong expertise in process piping
• Professional experience in installation supervision within the pharmaceutical industry
• Physical fitness for on-site work (12,000 to 15,000 steps per day, 20-25 floors)
• Professional English and German skills
