Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team and take ownership of planning executing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads LinkedIn and other emerging channels. Youll drive measurable pipeline growth through smart strategy hands-on execution budget management and continuous optimization. Working closely with content and design youll craft high-performing creatives and landing pages that convert. WHAT YOULL BE DOING
  • You plan execute and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and bottom-of-funnel pipeline.

  • You own and manage monthly paid media budgets ensuring efficient spend and clear revenue impact.

  • You run A/B tests across ads and landing pages (via HubSpot) to increase conversion rates and reduce CPL.

  • You track analyze and report on key metrics like CPL SQLs pipeline impact CTR and ROAStranslating data into actionable insights.

  • You collaborate cross-functionally with sales product marketing and content to align messaging and campaigns with buyer personas.

  • You experiment with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT ) to boost creative production copywriting reporting and campaign efficiency.

  • You adapt quickly to data platform updates and market shiftsalways on the lookout for new growth opportunities.

  • You build and deliver campaign reports and performance presentations using Excel and PowerPoint/Slides for internal and leadership visibility.

  • You stay sharp on B2B demand generation best practices and platform updates contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

THE QUALITIES YOULL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

  • Degree in marketing or related field; Google Ads or LinkedIn certifications are a plus

  • 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B setting (SaaS a plus)

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM tools

  • Skilled in A/B testing landing page optimization and performance reporting

  • Familiarity with ABM tactics like firmographic targeting and personalized outreach a nice to have

  • Strong ownership and results-driven mindset

  • Fast execution and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical thinker confident with data and performance metrics

  • Fluent in German and English; additional EU languages are a plus
