Zusammenfassung

A leading technology company in Kiel is seeking an HR professional to support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to payroll. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in German and English. A people-first mindset and familiarity with labor law are advantageous. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can take initiative and contribute to creating a great workplace.

Qualifikationen

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or People & Culture.
  • Familiarity with labor law is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday is preferred.

Aufgaben

  • Support the People & Culture Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Create employment contracts and addendums.
  • Solve employee requests and manage benefits-related duties.
  • Prepare and conduct onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct payroll tasks in collaboration with external offices.
  • Be the go-to person for all People & Culture topics.

Your daily tasks will include
  • support the People & Culture Business Partners throughout the entire employee lifecycle process
  • creation of employment contracts and diverse addendums
  • solve employee requests and manage benefits-related duties
  • prepare and conduct our onboarding and offboarding process
  • conduct payroll related tasks in collaboration with our external tax and payroll office
  • be the go-to person for all People & Culture topics — approachable, helpful, and solutions-focused
  • help shape our internal policies and keep admin processes smooth, efficient, and future-ready
The following will make you succeed in this role
  • at least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources or People & Culture
  • familiarity with labor law is a strong advantage
  • hands‑on experience with Workday is preferred
  • excellent German (C2) and fluent English skills (B2) — both written and spoken, for working in an international team
