We are looking for a People Generalist who combines solid HR expertise with a hands‑on, proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership. As a People Generalist, you’ll be the go‑to person for our core HR processes and ensure a seamless employee experience across our employees' lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR‑related topics for our Team
• Prepare employment contracts, addendums, references, and other HR documents
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding experience for new joiners and leavers
• Maintain employee records and manage HR data in our system (BambooHR)
• Manage monthly payroll preparation and collaborate with our external providers
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Organize our local team events and foster a great company culture through your initiatives

Your Qualifications

• Enjoy being a point of contact for our employees and creating a great employee experience
• 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role
• Solid understanding of employment law and HR processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks
• Fluent in German and English
