Team mission

The Payroll team’s mission is to create, maintain and consolidate high-quality compliant payroll processes for all GetYourGuide entities worldwide. We also report financial information in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with corporate policies and local regulations while supporting international employees with salary tax and social security topics.

Your mission :
  • Manage payroll of circa 100 employees for the monthly period.
  • Ensure on and off cycle payrolls, tax, social security and payroll payments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers for payroll-related queries and requests.
  • Maintain the payroll documentation in our knowledge and intranet systems.
  • Prepare pension benefits and expenses reports for accounting and providers.
What sets you apart :
  • 2 years of experience in international payroll processing and control as well as solid knowledge in labor and payroll tax laws and regulations. Experience in German payroll is a plus.
  • Great organizational, analytical and processing skills with attention to detail, problem solving and ability to adapt to new processes and changes.
  • Skilled Excel / Google Sheets user. Experience using Workday and/or Payslip would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German or any other European language is a plus) with a service‑oriented mindset, willingness to learn and ability to collaborate and work in a team.
  • Used to working with sensitive information and keeping a high level of confidentiality.
