Overview

Remote opportunity-100% remote part time position. Paralegal with asylum law expertise. We are seeking a part-time paralegal with experience in asylum law to join our legal team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized in supporting clients navigating the asylum process.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing applications and supporting documents to be uploaded into EOIR portal (eRop documents), putting a file together for the upload to the portal.
• Draft briefs, motions and correspondence, track deadlines, communicate with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in asylum law required.
• Strong writing skills.

Position details

• Part time (flexible schedule). Fully remote work 100% of time in the U.S.
• Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
