Could you be the full-time Overhead Controller / Junior Business Controller (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?


Your Future Role
2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Katrin Blaudszun, the Reporting & Budget Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.


We’ll look for you to :

  • Budget / Forecast preparation and management of the actual performance versus budget/forecast: be a business partner to the cost centre owner by i) propose action plans to improve the performance / cost and ii) challenge Budget assumptions and the monthly performance
  • Animate and improve the processes: Improve the interactions with the departments and optimize the cost and headcounts monitoring
  • Ensure proper structure in GSI to allow the costs follow-up (cost center structure, analytical accounts…)
  • Involved in the monthly closing operations
