• Dazu kommt die Leitung des Betriebs, die Einhaltung von Fristen bzw. Leistungsanforderungen und die Gewährleistung effizienter Ressourceneinsätze
• Darüber hinaus fungiert der Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) in einer Schnittstelle zum Vertriebsteam und zum Engineering, legt die erforderlichen Serviceleistungen fest und sichert deren Umsetzung

• Leitet alle Produktionsbereiche, trägt Verantwortung für Qualität, Termintreue und Produktivität
• Führt das Produktionsteam, bestehend aus 5 Teamleiter- und 5 Vorarbeiter:innen (ca. 150 Prodktionsmitarbeiter:innen insgesamt)
• Verantwortet die Optimierung von Produktionsprozesse, Workflow und Support
• Arbeitet eng mit der technischen Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung, Logistik und Instandhaltung zusammen
• Erreicht Produkt- und Betriebszielen durch Mitwirkung an der strategischen Entwicklung, der Aufstellung von Aktionsplänen und die Umsetzung von Standards in der Produktion
• Führt Audits durch und entwickelt bzw. realisiert Verbesserungen
• Leitet und entwickelt das Team während des gesamten HR-Lebenszyklus, von der Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen, das Onboarding, und die Vereinbarung von Zielen, über die Personalplanung, Coaching und die Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen bis hin zur Planung von von Vergütungsänderungen und der Durchführung disziplinarischer Maßnahmen (bei Bedarf)
• Plant Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen im Team
• Alle weitere Aufgaben nach Anweisung

• Manages all production areas, is responsible for quality, adherence to deadlines and productivity
• Leads the production team, consisting of 5 team leaders and 5 supervisors (approx. 150 production employees in total)
• Responsible for optimizing production processes, workflow and support
• Works closely with technical development, quality assurance, logistics and maintenance
• Achieves product and operational goals by participating in strategic development, setting up action plans and implementing standards in production
• Conducts audits and develops/realises improvements
• Leads and develops the team throughout the HR lifecycle, from hiring new employees, onboarding, and agreeing goals, to workforce planning, coaching and conducting performance reviews, planning compensation changes and implementing disciplinary actions (as needed)
• Plans further development measures for employees in the team
• All other tasks as instructed

Required Skills And Education

DEUTSCH

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Ingenieur (m/w/d), Meister (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Automobilzulieferbereich, idealerweise in einer produktionsnahen Leitungsfunktion (oder einer vergleichbaren Position)
• Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
• Erfahrung im Bereich Lean Management und kontinuierliche Verbesserungen (KVP)
• REFA-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, ERP-System wie SAP oder Oracle)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH

• Completed technical or business degree, completed vocational training as Engineer (m/w/d), Master Craftsman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive supplier industry as Production Manager or a comparable function
• Experience in leadership
• Knowledge of Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CIP)
• REFA knowledge advantageous
• Negotiation skills, strong communication skills, assertiveness
• Very good computer skills (MS-Office, ERP)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
