The Operations Manager reports to the Head of Customer Insights and is expected to:
Education – Bachelor’s degree.
Work History – 2–3 years of related experience in operations support or project management, or a demonstrable record of leveraging similar skill sets.
Technical Expertise and Soft Skills – Comprehensive knowledge of reporting, Excel and payment processing software (preferably Braintree and Stripe); knowledge of Postman, AWS, Jira and Zendesk is a plus.
Soft Skills – Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, problem‑solving, strong time and project management skills, excellent communication, adaptability, people‑orientation, motivation, gender‑balanced inclusive work environment, and comfort with ambiguity and stress.
Excellent verbal and written English. Knowledge of German is required.
