  • Take ownership of problem-solving and quality control
  • Assist the CEO with implementing strategic initiatives
  • Prepare internal documents, plans, communication, and operational materials

You:

  • Have experience in operations, project coordination, education ops, hospitality ops, or similar
  • Are extremely organised and detail-oriented
  • Thrive in environments with many moving parts
  • Communicate clearly, calmly, and kindly
  • Think in systems - not isolated tasks
  • Can move fluidly between high-level thinking and hands-on execution
  • Love supporting teams and helping others succeed
  • Are energised by joining a small team with big ambitions
Benefits
  • Meaningful work shaping learning for thousands of young people
  • A key leadership role with real ownership
  • High flexibility & autonomy in your schedule and work style
  • Huge growth potential — this role can evolve into Head of Operations or COO (2027–2028)
