Our client is hiring an Operations Director to join their team. Their ambition is to grow this candidate from Operations Director to COO / Managing Director of the company.

Our client is a German subsidiary of the Canadian Valsoft Group and one of the leading providers of dealer management systems for automobile and commercial vehicle dealers on the European vehicle market. The focus of the Valsoft Group is on the acquisition and operation of vertical software companies. Since 2015, more than 85 companies have been taken over. Today the Valsoft Group employs over 3,000 people in over 20 countries. The successful candidate can be based anywhere within commutable distance of the office in Bötzingen, working in a hybrid work model!

About The Role

As part of its growth strategy, our client is now looking for its new Operations Director. The Operation Director will ensure processes and performances across the company are met. He will also be the face of the company and therefore meet key accounts. Naturally this position could quickly evolve toward a Managing Director role.

About You

• Business degree.
• Strong experience as a Product Director, managing teams.
• Expertise in the field of Saas.
• Experience in the automotive industry (big plus).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
• Analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Standard languages: German (native level), English (fluent to native level), French is a plus.
• Corporate finances understanding
