DigiTech Search in Berlin seeks an experienced on-site IT Support Specialist to ensure high-quality end-user support and prompt resolution of hardware and software issues. You will manage assets via Jira HAM, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and assist with IAM and AV system configurations.

Proficiency with Apple hardware/software, Google Workspace, and MDM tools is essential. You’ll work closely with the Retail & Workplace Technology team in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Deliver timely, high-quality technical support for end users, resolving hardware and software issues in alignment with Group IT standards.
• Provide IT hardware support, including asset organization, tracking, and administration via Jira Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.

A/V Support/Maintenance & Event Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Retail & Workplace Technology team to ensure seamless execution when escalations are required. Experience with Logitech Rally Bar, Google CTL Chromebox for Meetings, and MacBook-based setups is a plus.
• Log incidents, coordinate with vendors on equipment issues, and manage parts replacements.
• Support and execute IT system administration and configuration tasks as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Application Support, 2nd Level teams, and external vendors/partners.
• Assist with IAM activities, including user account creation, access management, and onboarding/offboarding processes.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in on-site technical support within a customer-facing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Apple hardware/software and proven troubleshooting skills.
• Hands‑on ability to diagnose and repair conference room A/V ecosystems (e.g., Google Meet hardware, Zoom).
• Experience with Kandji/IRU MDM; knowledge of Intune or Jamf is considered a plus.
• Solid understanding of service desk operations, ticketing systems, and workflow best practices.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace administration; experience with Okta is a plus.
• Motivated to learn and adopt new technologies and tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
