Fortis Hayes is seeking an IT Support Specialist to handle hardware, software, and network-related tasks on-site in Hannover. The role requires strong technical knowledge across Windows OS, printer systems, VPNs, and ticketing tools, with a focus on delivering reliable customer service.

You will work with Active Directory, Exchange, and Apple OS environments, supporting staff and ensuring adherence to established processes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 24 months of work experience in a related role.
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and Microsoft OS.
• Proficiency with printer hardware, networking, wireless and VPN configurations, and ticketing software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office & Office 365 and PC/Laptop hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and server hardware.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-resolution abilities.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, network and server hardware.
• Strong customer service skills, problem resolution, and ability to adhere to documented processes.
