We are looking for an Office Manager with a strong organizational background and a flair for event coordination to join a dynamic investment-focused office in Munich. This position is offering flexibility and variety, combining office management responsibilities with planning and delivering internal and client events for the business.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while creating memorable experiences for the team and clients. The office hosts around 30 investment professionals and a team of assistants, and the successful candidate will become an integral part of this collaborative environment bringing around 5 years of experience from private equity or professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-functioning workplace
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and support internal systems
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
  • Organize and deliver internal and external events, from team-building activities to client gatherings
  • Support with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
