Office Manager Main Responsibilities
  • Manage general office administration and supplies
  • Oversee HR functions including payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee relations
  • Support accounting processes in coordination with the finance team
  • Maintain and improve ISO management systems
  • Coordinate facility and warehouse maintenance
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as needed
  • Propose improvements in office operations and employee engagement
Office Manager Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in office administration, human resources and general management in the Flanders area
  • Communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Business‑level English language skills (Japanese or Dutch skills would be advantageous)
  • Ability to work indefinitely without the need for visa support
  • Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
