About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Night Supervisor is responsible for smooth operations during the night. The Night Supervisor reports to the Night Manager.

As Night Supervisor, you will responsible for the following duties:

• ensuring smooth night operations
• creating memorable arrival and departure experiences for our guests
• be the first point of contact in terms of guest relations and services for house guests and non-residents
• maintaining high data quality levels
• daily control of accounting tasks of Front Office operations
• operational communication and support with Housekeeping/Engineering/In-Room Dining

As Night Supervisor, we expect from you:

• completed vocational training in hotel industry
• a minimum of two years professional experience in Front Office Operations
• familiar with Front Office related IT&T systems
• strong costumer focus
• high level of emotional intelligence
• must be fluent in German & English
