At RIIICO, we’re reimagining how factories adapt to change. Our AI-powered software makes complex production environments editable, interactive, and collaborative – turning manufacturing planning into something anyone can engage with, not just the experts.

We are looking for a MLOps Engineer to complement our deep learning team and design a solid foundation for our ML models.

Tasks

• Designing and implementing ML infrastructure to build the foundation for our ML models in production
• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to bridge the gap between research and production
• Support engineers in integrating ML models into production, ensuring a smooth handoff from research to product teams

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Experience with working collaboratively in a dynamic and fast environment
• 2 years of professional coding experience, preferably with Python or Rust
• In-depth knowledge of S3, EC2, Kubernetes
• Working with backend APIs
• Hands-on experience deploying at least one machine learning model to production
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Background in 3D vision, point cloud processing or similar topics
• Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle: data preparation → training → evaluation → deployment → monitoring
