Execution of targeted outbound campaigns: researching target customers, identifying decision-makers, and crafting relevant outreach messages.
Qualification of leads using proven frameworks (e.g., BANTT) and scheduling discovery calls.
Fast, value-driven handling of incoming inquiries (inbound leads).
Maintaining the CRM systemwith clear, meaningful notes and clean pipeline management.
Independent management of the entire SMB sales cycle – from first contact to handover to the Customer Success team.
