Job Description

Administer monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments both on-premises and Exchange Online. You will manage mail flow security settings disaster recovery plans and user support to ensure seamless communication services.

Coordinate with security and compliance teams to maintain data privacy and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Exchange Server environments including patching upgrades and migrations.
• Manage mail flow transport rules and security configurations.
• Troubleshoot service interruptions and user connectivity issues.
• Plan and implement hybrid Exchange and Office 365 migration strategies.
• Handle backup disaster recovery and high availability configurations.
• Monitor system health and performance using native and third-party tools.
• Develop documentation and user guides.
