The Medical Excellence Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving operational excellence and tech readiness within the medical affairs function, developing and implementing strategies to optimize medical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of medical activities within the German and Swiss organization.
This role will need to work across Medical Affairs and other functions to drive efficacy and capability evolution through appropriate initiatives to meet the scientific needs of healthcare professionals and provide scientific support for the organization.
