YOUR TASKS
The MCC Work Preparation Coordinator is responsible for preparing all planned work on the aircraft of the DHL fleets and contracted operators at Leipzig. The role ensures the accuracy and completeness of work documents and orders necessary tools and spare parts.
- Review of work packages / work orders for aircraft under maintenance at EATL.
- Processing of work packages / work orders and verification of documentation such as AMM, IPC, SRM, WDM, etc.
- Review of technical and content completeness of check packages.
- Serve as technical contact for operators and production managers.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
- Plan and organize personnel, qualifications, ground time, hall space, and equipment.
- Coordinate with involved areas for timely execution.
- Maintain and improve work and process flows.
- Coordinate outsourcing to external vendors.
- Organize and coordinate all checks, modifications, SBs, and ADs.
- Supervise the execution of work packages.
- Collaborate on interdivisional projects.
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant university studies and professional experience or extensive experience as aircraft mechanic, electronics technician, or similar.
- Type rating according to EASA Part 66 B1/B2 or comparable on A300-600, B757, B767, or B777.
- Very good command of English and German.
- Expertise in manufacturer documentation (IPC, AMM, SRM, WDM).
- Proficiency in TRAX, AMOS, AIMS, and MS-Office.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Ability to work under stress and prioritize tasks.
- Teamwork skills.
