Position Overview

We are seeking a Master Technician & Trainer to lead from the front. This role blends top-tier technical expertise with a passion for teaching and developing others. The right candidate will not only solve complex HVAC challenges but also serve as a mentor and trainer to technicians at all levels, helping to build the next of industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to technical expert for complex service, installation, and diagnostic work.

Provide in-field training, coaching, and mentorship for apprentices, journeymen, and senior techs.

Develop and deliver structured training programs (hands-on and classroom).

Ensure work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Partner with management to refine SOPs, service protocols, and best practices.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and career development of technicians.

Act as a brand ambassador for Siegman HVAC with customers and the community.

Qualifications

Maryland Master HVAC license.

7+ years of experience in residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation, service, and repair.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a proven track record of developing talent.

Exceptional diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

EPA certification; NATE certification strongly .
