An innovative company in the medical sector is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to join its global marketing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify and evaluate international trends in intensive care, translating technological benefits into a clinical context. Collaborating with Product and Marketing Managers, you will develop strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals, ensuring that marketing activities are culturally relevant. As part of the global marketing team in the medical division, you will identify international needs and trends in intensive care (ICU), evaluate them for Dräger, and derive marketing activities from these insights.
You understand customer needs and clinical language, and can translate technological benefits into a clinical context.
Together with Product Managers and Marketing Managers, you will further develop marketing strategies for the Intensive Care field from clinical, marketing, and communications perspectives.
You will be responsible for planning, conception, and delivery of relevant content to attract potential customers, inspire long-term engagement, and increase brand loyalty.
You will also ensure the intercultural and business relevance of marketing activities through active collaboration with regional and international teams.
You have a degree in business administration, engineering, healthcare, or a related field, with several years of professional experience in the medical sector, sales, B2B, marketing, or product management.
You are familiar with ICU processes and procedures, either through hospital work or medical experience.
Networking is one of your strengths; you actively seek cross-functional collaboration at headquarters and with regional colleagues. Ideally, you already have or enjoy building an international network of key opinion leaders in intensive care medicine.
You are fluent in spoken and written English, possess intercultural skills, and have a strong ability to persuade others.
