As a specialized EPC contractor, we offer our customers design, project management, and construction services from a single source through Equans Process Solutions. Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for establishing and managing the joint venture with responsibility for results
• Identification and development of new business opportunities and partnerships
• Active acquisition and long-term retention of customers, suppliers, and employees, in particular through a resilient network in the pharmaceutical and/or semiconductor industry
• Establishment and management of efficient structures and processes within the organization
• Further development and implementation of the business plan and the overarching corporate strategy with a focus on sustainable growth and market positioning
• Development of in-house expertise in the sense of an integrated “design & build” approach
• Management and coordination of cross-functional teams to achieve goals

Your profile:

• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or engineering—ideally with a focus on the pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry
• Expertise in business development and a strong network in the pharmaceutical industry are required
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles or relevant technologies
• Several years of experience in managing companies or business units with responsibility for results
• Proven expertise in the implementation of EPC projects
• Strong network in the life sciences/pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry market segments
• Business fluent German and English skills; additional language skills (e.g., French) are an advantage
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with analytical strength
• Convincing personality with a “developer gene”
• High customer orientation, strong communication skills, and a hands‑on mentality
