Qualifikationen

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services.
  • Solid knowledge of fund operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or other languages is a plus.

Operating under CSSF regulatory licenses as registrar agent, administrative agent of the financial sector, and client communication agent, we deliver bespoke, client‑centric services powered by innovative technology and a solution‑oriented mindset to meet the evolving needs of fund managers and investors.

In order to support our expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a :

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Transfer Agency team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all investor‑related activities (subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and KYC / AML reviews).
  • Coordinate investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the investor register and related documentation, including the proper handling of investor communications and reporting.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to investor transactions, documentation, and account maintenance with a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness.
  • Participate in the training and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and client orientation.
Your profile:
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Transfer Agency or Investor Services function within the Luxembourg fund industry.
  • Solid knowledge of fund operations and relevant regulatory requirements (AML / KYC, AIFMD).
  • Attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset.
