We are currently looking for a Manager Spare Parts Operations to join us based in our HQ in Ratingen to lead the Spare Parts Operation.

Your area of responsibility:
  • Management and further development of the logistics and spare parts planning division with direct responsibility for process efficiency and target achievement
  • Strategic planning and control of worldwide spare parts supply, considering costs, quality and availability
  • Responsibility for inventory management, warehouse optimisation and ensuring an efficient supply chain
  • Leading and developing a team of logistics and planning specialists
  • Control and optimisation of transport and customs processes for international deliveries
  • Analysis of key figures and implementation of improvement measures to optimise supply chain processes
  • Close collaboration with internal departments such as Healthcare Service, Controlling, Trade Compliance, FEN Logistics, ERP Department and Digital‑Transformation
  • Responsibility for compliance with legal, safety and quality requirements
Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:
  • Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics and spare parts planning, ideally in the medical technology environment or in a technically demanding area
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and successfully lead a team
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an eye for operational details
  • Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP) and knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerBI
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Strong communication and organisational skills and a solution‑oriented approach, incl. hands‑on mentality
