A global leader in hearing care is seeking a Manager Operations and Vendor Partner in Berlin. This role involves managing vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in vendor management, a strong grasp of contracts and compliance frameworks, and is fluent in both English and German. For our Global Customer Engagement Center (CEC) team, we are looking for a Manager Operations and Vendor Partner to strengthen our global vendor governance and performance management capabilities.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end governance of global BPO and service partners, ensuring consistent performance, contractual compliance, and operational excellence across markets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across procurement, legal, operations, and regional teams, and act as a key interface to our external vendors.
