Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a senior leader to head learner academic support labs in Germany. You will provide strategic direction, oversee staff, and partner cross-functionally to advance learner outcomes.

You will supervise academic staff, manage resources, design and scale lab programs, and present performance updates to senior leadership.

A Master’s degree and experience in education are required, with familiarity of web-based tools and virtual reference services, and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Demonstrated two years of experience in an educational environment is required.
• Competency in web-based communication, platforms as well as Microsoft software systems and tools is required.
• Demonstrated familiarity with virtual reference services using chat tools, email, and videoconferencing software is required.
• Demonstrated two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in resource development is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in teaching or coaching is preferred.

• Collaborate with faculty, learner success teams, and other functions.
