Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver engaging programs, champion the L&D strategy, and collaborate with stakeholders to close skills gaps.

You will lead end-to-end program delivery, evaluate effectiveness, and manage learning systems such as Workday LMS. Strong communication and adult learning expertise are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (preferably Workday).
• Ability to develop engaging digital learning content.
