Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Leader to design, implement, and manage our Leadership Development Program across the organization. You will collaborate with department heads to build content, train managers, and align programs with business goals.

You will drive LMS optimization, develop onboarding initiatives, and support performance management, succession planning, and talent development for high‑potential employees in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• Experience developing leadership development programs.
• Experience facilitating instructor‑led training.
• Experience implementing or administering a Learning Management System.
• Healthcare, staffing, or service industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to coach managers and employees.
• Experience developing learning materials and eLearning content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies.
