Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager in Germany to oversee Specialist teams, ensuring SOP compliance and process excellence. You will analyze KPIs, translate data into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with learners, faculty, and vendors to deliver high‑quality support.

You will lead training design, drive continuous improvement, and communicate performance updates to stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including documentation, training design, and system enhancements.
• Develop and deliver training for new hires and existing team members.
• Communicate with clarity — keeping stakeholders informed on performance, escalations, and operational updates.
