About Us:
Our IT Governance Team - IT Operations is dedicated to ensuring secure, stable, and regulatory-compliant IT operations according to banking standards. We are responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving essential IT processes. Our team plays a crucial role in coordinating and collaborating with the operational IT departments (development, operations), as well as other areas of IT Governance. Your contributions will be vital in advancing our IT Governance strategy during our strategic realignment.
We are looking for experienced specialists (Assistant Manager or Manager) to design and implement processes in at least one of the three focus areas outlined below. This role allows you to leverage your expertise and strategically advance FFB\'s IT capabilities. Depending on your role, you will focus on one of the following main areas, with knowledge of adjacent topics being advantageous:
Service Availability & Operational Continuity:
Service Operations & Incident Management:
Service Asset, Configuration & Capacity Management:
We are looking for experts to leverage their strengths in specific areas and develop further in adjacent topics, taking on responsibility. Applicants should possess strong German language skills, both spoken and written (Berlitz B2 or higher).
