YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
  • Develop and maintain the global price architecture for evoZero cement, concrete, and EACs.
  • Implement pricing governance: price corridors, discount rules, approval matrices, and deal desk routines.
  • Translate DNV, EPD, EAC, and mass-balance rules into simple, commercially usable pricing guidance.
  • Build the value justification for evoZero’s premium, including proof points (DNV, Carbon Bank, permanence).
  • Create concise sales enablement materials: value narratives, comparison frameworks, pricing playbooks.
  • Support country teams with clear, consistent messaging and structured commercial tools.
  • Track CO₂ abatement markets, comparable credit pricing, regional benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.
  • Maintain price intelligence dashboards and insights for executive decision-making.
  • Build business case models, including a Carbon ROI Calculator, to support customer and investor discussions.
  • Provide analytical support for high-stakes negotiations.
  • Structure commercial options, long-term pricing, and value/storyline for pilots and offtake agreements.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials and ensure alignment across Legal, Sustainability, Digital, and Finance.
  • Act as a structured problem‑solving partner to the VP, enabling focus on the highest‑value topics.
  • Improve team productivity by organising priorities, building templates, and coaching junior talent.
  • Strengthen global–local ways of working through frameworks, processes, and communication.
YOUR PROFILE
  • 3–6+ years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or in a strategy/commercial excellence role.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with ability to structure complex topics.
  • Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or market/financial modelling.
  • Exposure to decarbonisation, sustainability, CCS, CO₂ markets, or industrial value chains is a strong plus.
  • Executive‑ready communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • High ownership mindset, excellent prioritisation skills, and comfort with ambiguity.
