As Team Leader Media Technology Managed Services, you will be responsible for a strong team of media technicians and event technicians who will ensure smooth processes directly at the customer's site. You will lead your team in day-to-day operations, coordinate assignments and be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues. In doing so, you will combine technical know-how with strong leadership and service orientation – and create an environment in which technology inspires and people work together.

Your tasks as Team Leader Media Technology Managed Services

• Lead and accompany your team: You will take over the technical and disciplinary management, ensure clear processes and promote the further development of each individual.
• Coordinate customer operations: Plan and manage your team's deployments, monitor service quality, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Reliable quality and availability: You will be responsible for the implementation of maintenance, troubleshooting and technical adjustments – from conference technology to event support.
• Stay practical: You support your team with technical challenges, accompany complex events and are operationally active yourself if necessary.
• Shape development: You will create action and training plans, accompany onboardings and create an environment in which your team can grow.
• Communicate at eye level: You are the link between the customer, the team and internal interfaces – solution-oriented, binding and professional.

• Several years of experience in media technology, event technology and technical support
• Ideally, initial management experience or the motivation to take this next step
• Technical understanding of modern AV systems, video conferencing technology and event solutions
