Job summary

• Identify and resolve Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and VPN connectivity issues.
• Manage and support Apple devices through MDM platforms such as Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or Kandji.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.

Requirements
