Best Connect International Company in Germany is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first- and second-level support for customers. The role involves resolving Windows OS, Office, and Cisco Jabber issues, supporting Mac users, and performing hardware repairs on printers and PCs.

The candidate should hold a valid German work permit and be fluent in both German and English. On-site work is required, with potential for extended hours based on performance and project needs.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of IT experience.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
• Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
• Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber.
• Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.
• Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
