As M&A manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for running and executing a wide range of corporate development projects. This includes complex international acquisitions, divestments, start-up investments, and joint ventures. The role involves managing the entire transaction process, from evaluating candidates, valuing companies, negotiating deal structures, organizing due diligences, to structuring post-merger integration.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the full transaction process from end to end
2. Evaluate corporate development options including divestments, restructuring, and joint ventures
3. Source and screen investment opportunities
4. Develop business cases with business and technical experts and value companies using common valuation techniques
5. Manage due diligence and coordinate legal agreements
6. Organize the post-merger integration process

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or financial degree or similar
• M&A experience gained in a corporate environment, consultancy, or investment bank
• Project management experience and understanding of valuation models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and German
