What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily warehouse activities including ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure everything runs accurately and on schedule.
• Maintaining up-to-date and reliable inventory records and generating stock reports as needed.
• Assisting with sales order processing to support timely, accurate order fulfilment.
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support seamless communication and quick problem-solving.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve our warehouse and administrative processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with complex ERP systems—Infor M3 experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement.
• A resilient, adaptable approach and a willingness to learn and grow.
