Linux Trainer

Location : Germany (MUST speak fluent German) - remote

Salary : Competitive

Our client, a global L&D consultancy, is looking for German-speaking Linux Trainers. This role may suit an existing trainer or a Linux Engineer / Systems Administrator looking to transition into training.

The client will provide training to obtain some RedHat certifications, enabling you to deliver training to end customers. These certifications include:

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) exam (EX200)
• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) exam for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (EX294)

Additionally, completing the Red Hat Certified Instructor (RHCI) training is required.

Both RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCI exams must be passed within 10 weeks of onboarding.

Key Job Responsibilities will include

1. Obtaining Red Hat certifications before starting training and delivering approximately 39 days of training per quarter.
2. Delivering quality training to end customers.
3. Ensuring zero complaints from customers.
4. Supporting the Red Hat curriculum team in conducting trainer upskilling and train-the-trainer sessions.
5. Continuously learning by upskilling and achieving additional certifications, aiming for 4 certifications per year.
6. Preparing and designing training content based on Red Hat courses tailored to customer needs.
7. Acting as SME for course material design and assisting the Red Hat curriculum team in reviewing learning content.
