<>About The Role Provide white-glove lifestyle concierge services for Constructor Club members (scientists, innovators and top executives). Handle requests including travel coordination, restaurant reservations, event tickets, vendor research, and experience planning across international locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Book business travel (flights, hotels) via TMC portal within company policy
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, event tickets, ground transportation
• Research and recommend vendors across lifestyle categories
• Build and maintain vendor relationship database
• Provide exceptional, proactive service to Club members
• Document member preferences and maintain service quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in concierge, hospitality, executive assistant, or premium customer service
• Fluent English (written and spoken) - MANDATORY
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, booking platforms)
• Problem-solving mindset and resourcefulness
• Discretion and confidentiality with VIP clients

• Multi-lingual capabilities
• Experience with high-net-worth or executive clientele
