As Legal Counsel (m / f / x) you will take the lead position in the legal support of Temedica. You work closely with the management and advise our teams and departments (Product, Marketing, Regulatory). You provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal support across Temedica. Your focus lies on commercial agreements, data protection, IP matters, and day-to-day corporate governance. For specialized topics (e.g., employment law, complex corporate work), you coordinate closely with our external legal partners.

Your Role with us

Commercial Contracts
  • Draft, review, and negotiate client, partner, vendor, and data agreements.
  • Maintain and improve contract templates and approval processes.
Data Protection
  • Ensure GDPR-compliant processing of personal and health data.
  • Draft / negotiate DPAs and support DPIAs and privacy-by-design initiatives.
Intellectual Property
  • Protect Temedica’s IP and trademarks.
  • Integrate IP safeguards into commercial agreements.
Corporate Housekeeping
  • Prepare shareholder / GF resolutions and manage governance documentation.
  • Ensure clean execution of corporate formalities.
General Legal Support
  • Provide pragmatic legal advice to Commercial, Product, Data & Leadership.
  • Conduct risk assessments and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
What you bring to the table
  • You are a fully qualified lawyer with an excellent academic degree and at least five years of relevant professional experience in a digital environment.
  • You have solid knowledge and extensive experience in corporate law. Knowledge of trademark law and medical device law is an advantage.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and thanks to your can‑do mentality you are not afraid of new or previously unknown topics.
  • You are interested in finding innovative and smart solutions in the area of conflict between data protection and digitalization and in advancing the entire industry.
  • You have good judgment and are quick to recognize where external specialists need to be involved and coordinate successful collaboration.
  • You convince with high organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate legal issues in a dynamic and cross‑functional environment.
  • You speak German at native level and excellent English and are also able to negotiate and draft contracts in both languages.
