The candidate will manage commercial agreements, assist in post-merger integrations, and contribute to legal practices, especially for German-speaking countries. Qualified applicants should possess an LL.M. and have 3 to 7 years of IT contract experience, particularly in SaaS, along with proficiency in both English and German.

Jobbeschreibung

LumApps’ in‑house legal department provides advice and support on all aspects of the Company’s business. The Team comprises 9 lawyers based primarily in the Lyon (France) region.

Missions

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements with a principle focus on customer‑facing contracts.
• Contributing to the revision and development of legal practices and templates specifically in relation to German‑speaking countries.
• Assisting with post‑merger integration activities.
• Participating in the continued assessment of the risks arising out of research and development (R&D), distribution and other business activities.
• Providing legal support with respect to other legal activities on an “as needed” basis.

Skills

• LL.M. or equivalent postgraduate degree in law.
• Qualified to practise as an in‑house lawyer in Germany with 3 to 7 years experience in IT contracts (with an emphasis on SaaS)
• Team‑oriented attitude and flexible with a proven ability to work to deadlines
• Fluent in English and German
