Legal Counsel – Data Protection and Compliance (f / m / d)

You will be a key legal advisor in a highly respected, dynamic company. While your focus will be on compliance and data protection, you will also have the opportunity to engage with a wide range of legal matters, supporting management in making informed decisions and driving the company’s legal strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal guidance to management across diverse areas of law
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, balancing legal security with business opportunities
• Collaborate with external counsel when needed to resolve legal matters efficiently
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of data protection and compliance initiatives
• Monitor legal developments, identify risks and opportunities, and help shape innovative solutions for the business

Your Profile

• Qualified lawyer with a degree in law or business law, with a solid legal foundation
• Experience or interest in compliance and data protection, with broader exposure to corporate or commercial law
• Eager to take on new challenges and expand your legal expertise across different areas
• Strong commercial understanding to translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions
