Legal Counsel - Commercial & Compliance (m/f/d)

Location: Laucherthal, Baden-Württemberg

Are you passionate about shaping legal strategies and ensuring compliance in a dynamic industrial environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading international manufacturing company where you will play a key role in advising on commercial law and driving compliance initiatives across global operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on all commercial law matters (excluding labor, tax, export, and customs law)
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners in Germany and abroad
• Support and prepare legal disputes in Germany and internationally
• Maintain and enhance the compliance management system, focusing on anti-corruption and antitrust regulations
• Conduct compliance risk analyses and business partner reviews
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and participate in interdisciplinary project teams
• Design and deliver in-house training sessions on legal and compliance topics

Your Profile

• Completed law degree in Germany (1st and 2nd state examinations)
• Professional experience in legal or compliance functions, ideally within an industrial company
• Strong ability to develop practical solutions to complex legal issues
• Independent, reliable, and proactive working style
• Interest in business management topics and strategic thinking
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with strong negotiation abilities
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally
