Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategic responsibility for the creation and implementation of new concepts and ideas in LEAN Management, as well as driving the LEAN philosophy with a goal‑oriented approach.
• Personnel responsibility and development of employees within the LEAN department.
• Independent execution of process analyses, data collection, and evaluation of relevant key performance indicators, as well as the development of tools and templates for process improvement and optimization of workflows.
• Continuous improvement of work processes in close cooperation with all other departments, providing consulting on process optimization matters and supporting implementation activities.
• Leadership and coordination of the “Employee Suggestion System.”
• Design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions at all hierarchical levels.
• Execution of internal audits and support during external audits.

Education

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a production environment and in the field of LEAN, including familiarity with all common LEAN tools.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Six Sigma qualification, at least Green Belt level.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Methodical and structured approach, resilience, and team orientation.
