Your responsibilities

You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Challenging tasks and projects await you, such as

  • Architecture Governance & Design: align requirements with the target architecture & capability map and sure a lean & impactful CRM Ecosystem
  • CRM Strategy: Partner with stakeholders to optimize CRM strategies and related solution landscape and stay updated on industry standards & trends
  • Data Management: Develop strategies for customer data integration and governance, ensuring quality, privacy and compliance
  • Integration management: ensure proper information architecture and data exchange for Account and IoT data within IT Ecosystem
  • Solution Design: Design scalable CRM & marketing solutions for (B2)B2C and functional lead to department’s solution architects
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, correlated field; a master’s degree is preferred
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in CRM marketing, consumer data and analytics area within a bigger international context
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. SAP-SMC, SAP-CDP/CDC, MS Dynamics, Sprinklr) and analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, SAP-SAC/BW)
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills as well as knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
