Position: Koordinator Material Management & Customer Service (w/m/d).

Responsibilities
  • Monitor quantities and delivery dates for various product groups to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Manage national and international customer relationships—from inquiry to delivery.
  • Coordinate inbound logistics for customer projects and monitor demand fluctuations using an ERP system.
  • Collaborate closely with production planning, manufacturing, and sales to optimize processes.
  • Assist with complaints, special projects, and quality inspections of suppliers.
Qualifications
  • Completed commercial or specialized training, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in material management or customer service, preferably in automotive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., XPERT), with good German (C1 level) and English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Team-oriented, resilient, and well-organized working style.
